In order to re-sync a SharePoint site to your File Explorer, please follow the steps below.
1. Unsync the current version of the SharePoint site; start by clicking on the OneDrive icon (the blue cloud) on the bottom right side of your computer task bar
2. Click on the Help & Settings gear icon in the top right corner of the pop-up, then proceed to select Settings
3. Next, click on the Account menu option; here you should see a list of all the sites that are currently syncing
4. Click on the Stop Sync option beside the SharePoint site you wish to unsync; on the pop-up, click Stop Sync, then exit out of the window
5. Open the specific SharePoint site page you are trying to sync from your browser
6. Select the Documents option on the left-side menu on the respective site (see image below):
7. Proceed to click the Sync icon located on the top menu bar (see image below):
8. The site will start syncing, and the sync time will depend on the amount of data in the SharePoint site.
9. Proceed to your File Explorer and locate the SharePoint site folder near your OneDrive folder.
